ChurnIQ went through a successful maintenance. Following the procedure, the hours of data refresh are changed - they are now 45 mins earlier than previously. Note: the Predict section of the Retain Dashboard will be fully populated on Monday, April 11. Until then, the predicted paid renewal data will not be available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Following the maintenance some scheduled file exports were generated later than expected or failed. The functionality is now restored and being closely monitored.
