As per AWS requirement, we will need to upgrade MYSQL RDS to the latest version. Upgrade maintenance window is scheduled between 14:30 to 15:00 CET on 19th Aug 2024. However, the actual RDS downtime will be around 1 minute within the maintenance window.

During the RDS downtime of ~1 minute, the Core APIs will not be available, impacting normal Cleeng operations.
