Resolved

Due to an unexpected issue in the platform update which took place during the morning hours of February 1st, 2022, we have experienced an unexpected pause in the data processing in ChurnIQ. Currently, the issue has been resolved. The data processing has been resumed and it is now showing the latest statistics.

We will continue monitoring our systems for any potential changes.
