Due to the maintenance process taking longer than expected, our analytical platform was showing a gap in the transactional data between 2022-04-29 19:00:00 and 2022-04-30 12:00:00 UTC. Currently, the data is complete, but some reports generated and downloaded around that time (up to 2022-05-01 7:30:00 UTC) could end up incomplete. If you rely on that data, we recommend creating new reports covering that time period.

Our engineers will improve the operating procedures to avoid similar issues in the future.
